Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Deli associates, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Schedule Deli team to ensure adequate department coverage and customer service levels.
• Develop and execute sales promotions in partnership with store management.
• Monitor and control department expenses to support profitability.
• Assist store management in budgeting and P&L reviews.
• Provide constructive guidance to align team work with store initiatives.
