Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated in Wisconsin is seeking a Deli Department Assistant Manager to support the Deli Department Manager and lead daily operations. You will ensure guests receive outstanding service at the deli counter and step in to slice, weigh, package, and label items as needed.

You will direct staff workload, coach performance, manage inventory and shrink, and rotate stock to preserve freshness while maximizing guest satisfaction and department efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
