Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide all guests Little General 5-Star Customer Service.
• Prepare quality food items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe food service area per LG, OSHA, and health dept. rules.
• Record food waste and ensure proper disposal.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to the deli manager.
• Wear complete uniform and follow hygiene guidelines.
• Follow all LG handbook policies and procedures.
• Acquire and maintain a food handler's certification within 30 days.
