• Take customer orders at the delicatessen counter and operate department registers when needed.
• Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Review orders for the day and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the work area.
• Ensure adequate food supply and production lists, and anticipate department needs.
• Handle cash transactions and make change as required.
