• Prepare and set up breakfast items, program chicken fryer equipment, fry chicken, prepare and set up steam table for meals, and maintain up-to-date control sheets for all items prepared.
• Be willing and able to work additional shifts beyond posted schedules.
• Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned by management.
