Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Department Manager in the successful operation of the kitchen.
• Ensure continuous delivery of exceptional guest service and maintain quality and freshness of all products.
• Prepare products to be used in recipes and maintain appropriate product assortment and levels in the hot case.
• Promote an in-store selling culture, create appealing product displays, and understand health, safety and sanitation regulations.
