Job summary

Sam's Club in Peoria, IL is seeking a deli/freeze stocker who helps keep the freezer, cooler, and deli areas stocked and clean while delivering friendly customer service on the sales floor. You will be part of a team focused on safety, sanitation, and efficient product presentation to members.

You’ll be responsible for stocking, pricing, displays, and assisting members with purchases, while adhering to company policies and food-handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Stocking and customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Keep safety and sanitation standards in the deli/freezer area.
• Willingness to follow posted procedures and guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in Freezer/Cooler/Deli areas per policy.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members and assisting with purchases.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, operate and sanitize equipment.
• Assist with audits, paperwork, logs, and documentation; price and display merchandise.
