Job summary

W. Lee Flowers is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member for deli department responsibilities. You will greet guests, prepare product for sale, and maintain freshness and sanitation across the area.

Responsibilities include stocking and assisting guests, announcing specials via the PA system, and communicating guest requests or temperature breakdowns to supervisors. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. This is an on-site role in Hickory, NC.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
