Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to prepare fresh foods and provide a welcoming customer experience. You will assist with selecting deli meats, cheeses, hot foods, and grab-and-go items while keeping service friendly and efficient.

You will also stock and maintain displays, ensure freshness and proper labeling, and support daily operations in a fast-paced setting. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 35lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate slicers and prep equipment safely.
• Basic math skills for weighing, portioning, and transactions.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh deli items and assist customers with selection and portioning.
• Keep the department stocked, clean, and organized throughout the day.
• Handle transactions and assist in maintaining product freshness and display standards.
