Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders in person or by phone.
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing, assembling, and portioning.
• Understanding of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items.
• Accuracy in portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion.
• Managing display cases and keeping the area clean and organized.
• Ability to handle transactions and give correct change.
