Qualifications

• Clear customer interaction and communication for in-person and phone orders.
• Experience with deli food prep, slicing, assembling, and portioning.
• Knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items.
• Accurate portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion.
• Organized, with strong time management and display merchandising.
• Cash handling and accurate change using registers (location varies).
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Able to stand long hours, lift up to 35 lbs, work in varying temps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold items and grab-and-go options.
• Maintain stocked, clean, and organized display cases.
• Monitor product freshness and temperature.
