Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate slicers and food preparation equipment following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for weighing, portioning, and transactions.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli items, slice meats, assemble, and portion to order.
• Maintain organized displays and ensure product freshness and correct labeling.
• Stock and clean the department, monitor temperature, and support speed of service.
• Take orders in person or by phone and handle cash transactions accurately.
