Job summary

ShopRite of Festival in Bel Air, MD is seeking a part-time Appy/Deli Associate to deliver a great customer experience and support the Appy/Deli Manager in daily operations, keeping the department neat, clean and visually appealing.

You will perform essential tasks such as operating slicers and wrapping machines, stocking products, checking dates, handling inventory, and ensuring safety and sanitation per company policies. Prior customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, analyze, interpret English.
• Perform basic math operations.
• Operate department equipment (slicer, scale, wrapping machine, etc.).
• Stand/walk for scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Work cooperatively with others and adhere to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and prepare Appy/Deli products for sale.
• Replenish and display products attractively.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, pricing, and restocking.
