As a Deli Clerk, you will help customers make healthy food choices by preparing "fresh and easy meals" and providing excellent customer service. Your tasks include arranging vegetables or sliced meats for sandwiches, assisting with catering orders, and maintaining food safety standards. Opportunities for growth include learning about products, equipment, and customer service excellence. We seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, or a suitable combination of education and experience in grocery or related fields.
• Dependable and reliable
• Outgoing, friendly, with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to answer phones, take orders, and work in various temperature environments
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Maintain cleanliness and operate equipment safely
• Adhere to safety regulations and obtain a Food Handlers permit
• Perform other related duties as assigned
