Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join the Deli team in Minnesota. You’ll provide friendly, engaging customer service and help guests by sampling products and upselling. You’ll prepare meats, salads, and trays, and ensure the deli area is well-stocked and attractive.

Training is provided; pay ranges from 15.25 to 20.50 USD per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees and opportunities for growth within the company.

• Must be at least 16 years old; Hornbacher's location requires 18 years or older.
• Commitment to food safety guidelines and sanitation.

Overview

We’re hiring for a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team! We’ll provide the training; you just bring the positive attitude and desire to learn!

The primary focus of this position is to provide remarkable customer service to our guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere and actively engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling.

In this position, you can expect to:

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests


• Prepare and dish up salads


• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)


• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing


• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store


• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations

In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products.

Pay Range
