Job Summary

As a Deli Clerk, you'll be a key part of our deli department, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our products are prepared and presented with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their deli selections, answer questions, and offer recommendations with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Product Preparation: Slice, package, and label meats, cheeses, and other deli items accurately and neatly.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitor product freshness, restock displays, and assist with inventory control.
• Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized, following all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Sales Support: Operate the register, handle transactions, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous deli or food service experience is helpful but not required-we'll train the right person!
• Skills: Excellent customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is preferred.
