Job summary

Super One Foods in Cloquet, MN is seeking a friendly, energetic individual to join the deli department. You will learn food safety and proper food preparation techniques while presenting prepared foods creatively and learning to prepare and cook menu items.

You will gain experience in slicing, cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing of merchandise to store standards. Strong customer service and multitasking are essential as you support shoppers and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Description

We are looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to work in our deli department. A successful candidate will need to learn food safety and proper food preparation techniques. This position teaches creative presentations of prepared foods as well as learning to prepare and cook menu items. Employees will learn slicing, cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing of merchandise according to store standards. Strong customer service skills along with multitasking are essential.

• Available Benefits, Subject to Eligibility –Flexible scheduling, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Retirement plan.

Employees will be required to stand for up to an 8-hour shift.

• Employees must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
