Minimum Requirements:

• 6 months of food service experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Related retail experience.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime as needed.
• Less than high school education with up to one month of related experience or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Basic math skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with deli products.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Model customer-first behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Perform duties as listed on the daily tour sheet.
• Maintain the deli area, including stocking and cleaning.
• Answer telephones.
• Follow corporate policies and initiatives.
• Adhere to food safety standards.
• Rotate deli products by code date.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
