Job Title: Deli Clerk

Location: 6999 152nd St West, Apple Valley, MN, 55124

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Deli Clerk to join our team at Bodega 42 Fresh Market. The Deli Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving deli items, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve deli items
• Ensure all food items are fresh and properly labeled
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
• Stock and rotate deli items as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a deli or food service environment preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bilingual skills are preferred
