Farm Boy in Oakwoods, NC is seeking a hands-on Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

You will partner with the Department Manager to execute strategic plans, coach staff, manage inventory and daily operations, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for customers. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory or management experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, confident customer service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and goals.
• Coach and develop team through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition; lead regular team huddles.
• Support daily operations: merchandising, staffing coverage, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Assist with office tasks: inventory management, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, payroll functions.
