Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service.
• Follow production standards and ensure proper sanitation and food handling.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise per guidelines.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and report accidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge when on duty.
• Utilize tools such as ACIS and CAO as needed.
• Complete CBT and training packets and perform other duties as assigned.
