Food Lion is seeking a Deli Bakery Department Associate who will provide quality customer service and maintain department standards to maximize sales and minimize shrink. You will follow standard practices, ensure sanitation, proper food handling, and accurate product display while adhering to company policies.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn multiple tasks, and comfort using store systems.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Provide enthusiastic customer service in the Deli Bakery Department.
• Maintain standards per the standard practice manual and maximize sales.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling.
• Follow processing, labeling and product handling procedures.
• Order, receive, prepare, condition and display merchandise per policies.
• Comply with Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Wear Food Lion uniform and name badge while on duty.
• Complete required CBT and training.
