Food Lion is seeking a Deli/Bakery team member in Cookeville, TN to provide quality customer service and maintain department standards. You will help with product prep, merchandising, sanitation, and safety procedures while following company guidelines.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, adherence to training, and full participation in department operations to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements with/without accommodations.

Mansioni

• Maintain fast, friendly, accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Follow manuals for processing of product, label placement, etc.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/preparation.
• Understand and use company tools such as; average cost inventory system (ACIS) and ordering (CAO).
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and name badge with a neat appearance.
• Complete CBT and training packets.
