The ideal candidate will have experience in deli operations, supervisory responsibilities, and the ability to train and develop team members while maintaining budgets and standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of deli operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.

• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly service to guests in deli/bakery.
• Achieve sales targets and manage shrink and profits.
• Maintain inventory and supplies levels.
• Operate department per merchandising and operations guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guidance and training to deli staff.
• Handle product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service.
• Maintain labor budget and scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Make PA announcements.
