Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery General Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Eglin AFB Commissary located in Eglin AFB, FL. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium-sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering, and customer service is essential.

• Manage frontline staff;
• Oversee deli / bakery operations;
• Ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
• Oversee frontline training programs;
• Maintain daily operation standards.
