Job summary

Saras Market Bakery in Richardson, TX is seeking a capable deli/bakery associate to prepare ingredients, wash, cut, and assist in daily production under supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of deli/bakery experience.
• Guest-focused service mindset.
• Food Handler permit

Responsibilities

• Washing, cutting, chopping, boiling, packaging and stocking of products
• Ensure quality of product before it reaches the sales floor
• Deliver outstanding guest service
• Follow through on all guest questions, requests and resolve concerns as needed
• Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HACCP, OSHA and safe work practices
• Sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Report equipment issues to Store Leadership
• Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated
