Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service in our Fresh departments. You will help customers, keep displays fresh and attractive, stock and merchandise products, and use technology to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service with product knowledge and friendly attitude.
• Exposure to retail tasks across product, customer service and merchandising.
• Availability required on weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
