Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Deli Bakery Department.
• Courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Follow manuals for processing, labeling, and product handling.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling.
• Understand and use company tools and policies.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and name badge on duty.
