Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service in the Deli Bakery Department.
• Maintain fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Follow manuals for processing of product, label placement, etc.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise is done in accordance with policies.
• Ensure proper sanitation of department, equipment and proper food handling/preparation.
• Use company tools ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Maintain adherence to company guidelines, policies and standard practice.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and report incidents.
• Wear Food Lion uniform with name badge when on duty.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses.
