Food Lion in Chesterfield, VA is seeking a dedicated Associate for the Deli Bakery Department. You will provide quality customer service, maintain standards, and maximize sales while minimizing shrink through proper use of guidelines.

Responsibilities include processing products, maintaining sanitation, following safety rules, and using store systems like ACIS and CAO for ordering and inventory. Flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods are important.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department and maximize sales.
• Maintain proper sanitation and food handling.
• Process product according to manuals and label placement.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Wear the uniform and adhere to the dress code.
• Complete Computer Based Training and related courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
