Job summary

Harris Teeter in Belmont, NC is hiring for a full-time associate responsible for taking excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. You will stock, prepare, package and display products to Fresh Foods standards, and assist with cleaning and unloading.

You must be able to read and understand English, communicate with customers, and complete required training. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and eligible for company benefits after waiting periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and materials

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent service
• Prepare, package, and stock products per Fresh Foods standards
• Clean work areas and assist with unloading/reloading stock
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and participate in required training
