Kj’s Market in Grovetown, GA is seeking a friendly PT teammate to join our family-owned grocery team. You’ll greet guests, help with product prep, stocking, and front-end duties with a focus on warm service and accuracy. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to work well with others.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to read and follow directions.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and maintain friendly interactions.
• Prepare products for sale (cutting, baking, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product quality and freshness.
• Keep cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas sanitized.
• Relay guest requests to management.
• Report temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply areas neat and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support front-end duties to ensure guest arrivals.
• Announce specials and sale information on PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.

Responsibilities

1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
2. Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, baking, weighing, and pricing).
3. Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
4. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
5. Communicate guests requests to management.
6. Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
7. Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times.
8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
9. Performs front end duties to insure “guests arrival” standard is maintained.
10. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.
11. Assist in product receiving and storage.
