Qualifications

• Experience in deli, bakery, or food service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment like mixers, slicers, and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills for interactions with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display a variety of deli and bakery items, including baked goods, deli meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and pastries.
• Operate mixers, ovens, fryers, slicers, and scales to prepare and portion products per store specs.
• Ice pastries, decorate cakes, and fill display cases with fresh products.
• Wrap, price, and label items for customer purchase.
• Greet and assist customers, process transactions at the register, and resolve issues.
