Job summary

Military Deli & Bakery Services is seeking a Deli Bakery Associate with cake decorating experience to serve military personnel and families at one of our commissary locations. You will decorate cakes quickly, stock displays, and uphold high standards of sanitation and teamwork.

The role emphasizes enthusiastic customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail cake decorating.
• Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed.
• Effective and friendly communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift.
• Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Team player.
