Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a team member to prepare, package, and sell store-baked products while delivering excellent guest service at our California location. You will organize work areas, stock supplies, and follow standard recipes and food-safety guidelines to ensure quality and speed of service.

Preferred candidates bring experience in similar roles, a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and ServSafe certification if possible.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
