Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking team members in California to prepare, package, and sell store-baked products to company standards, while organizing work areas and maintaining stock. You will follow process cards to prepare food, and uphold food safety practices on every shift.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service and the ability to handle accurate sales transactions, with a willingness to work flexible hours and contribute to a positive team environment. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position and ServSafe certification preferred.
