• Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and transporting dishes to keep equipment and facilities sanitary. Scrubs and polishes counters, clean tables, and other equipment; cleans glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment.
• Prepares bills for food using MICROS POS, accepts payment or makes change, and b alances receipts and payments in cash drawers.
• Cooks' food or prepares food items such as sandwiches, pizzas, and salads, using standard formulas or following directions and d elivers orders to the kitchen and picks up and serves food when it is ready.
• Provides friendly, quick, professional service, demonstrating willingness to serve guests with a smile.
• Checks to ensure that all foods are displayed attractively as per departmental standard.
• Handles food appropriately, maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Informs Supervisor when food quantities are low.
