Boise Co-Op is seeking a friendly Deli Associate to prepare fresh, high-quality deli items and create a welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll craft sandwiches, salads, and custom orders, maintain clean, organized stations, and work with a fast-paced, fun team.

The role requires following recipes, proper portioning, food safety, and teamwork during busy times. Previous food service or retail is helpful, but not required; ServSafe certification is a plus.

You’ll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, bending, and using step stools or ladders as needed.
