You will slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese, prepare salads, stock the deli, and maintain clean, appealing cases while following all food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18 at Hornbacher's location).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case and maintain deli stock.
• Ensure deli case and product areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat/cheese trays, veggie trays, and other items for display.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations.
