Heinen’s, Inc. is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold our Diamond Standards in store operations.

The role emphasizes professional appearance, proactive customer engagement, and adherence to quality and safety standards across the Deli department and general store tasks. Responsibilities include prioritizing daily work, ordering coordination, and collaboration with team to ensure stock, shrink control, and merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and on repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours.

• Able to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.
