Job summary

Heinen’s in Aurora, Ohio is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold our Diamond Standards and provide outstanding customer service. You will help present products, assist customers, and ensure the deli department meets quality and safety guidelines.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the stamina to stand for extended periods. You may be asked to lift up to 50 lbs and work non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquires and shares knowledge of Deli Department.
• Coordinates product orders using effective pars and planning.
• Collaborates with team members to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitors and maintains all food handling and temperature standards.
• Attends required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Complies with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
