Heinen’s Inc. in Aurora, OH is hiring a Deli Associate to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will prioritize daily tasks, help with product orders, stock and merchandise, and ensure food safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Production driven with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing.
• Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work non-traditional five-day schedules, including weekends and evenings.

• Collaborates with team members to complete daily tasks (scanning, recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, merchandising).

• Attends required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Complies with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
