Pilot Flying J is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and its restaurant operations. You will drive sales, manage teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strong P&L accountability.

This role requires 2–3 years of restaurant or deli management, the ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays, and a proven track record in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
