Job Summary
This position performs compliance monitoring of subcontracted organizations, focusing on delegation oversight, process improvement, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Delegation Oversight
- Interpret and apply complex regulations and evaluate delegated entities for compliance.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across CareOregon.
- Conduct audits and oversee corrective actions.
- Ensure clarity of delegation expectations and compliance.
- Develop and maintain audit tools and agreements.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support training and participate in regulatory workgroups.
Reporting
- Prepare audit reports and corrective plans timely.
- Maintain accurate compliance records.
- Track and report on delegated organizations’ compliance.
- Present findings to the Oversight Committee.
Organizational Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in regulatory compliance or delegation oversight, OR
- 1 year experience plus a bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managed care, Oregon Health Plan, or CMS.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of health plan functions and delegation.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to interpret federal and state regulations.
- Audit skills, report writing, problem-solving, and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage stress.
Working Conditions
- Remote work environment.
- No direct patient contact.
- Occasional travel may be required.
