This is a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner contract position focused on providing mental health care to a diverse patient base with flexibility and autonomy, while Talkspace handles insurance billing, marketing, and administrative costs so you can create your own schedule and focus on care.

What you’ll do
  • Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
  • Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation Examinations (PDE) for new referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
  • Conduct video call sessions via the Talkspace platform; submit clinical documentation and manage patient treatment plans
  • Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed
  • Build treatment plans, submit clinical documentation for each patient, and manage cases with ease using the platform
  • Operate with no overhead related to insurance barriers, marketing budgets, or administrative costs
  • Practice from home on your schedule, aligning with personal or professional obligations
  • Maintain secure communications with best-in-class, bank-level security and encryption
  • Comply with HIPAA and BAA regulations and ethical codes regarding patient confidentiality
Compensation
  • $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (PDE - 45-60 min)
  • $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient (E/M - 10-49 min), depending on length
About you
  • Active PMHNP license in Delaware and 2+ years prescribing experience
  • Active DEA and individual NPI number
  • Fully completed, signed CAQH application
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage: $1 million occurrence / $3 million aggregate
