Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active RN license is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and assess a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure and heart rate.
• Perform Start of Care (SOC) visits and ongoing patient evaluations.

Skills

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse

Ability to manage patient care independently

Familiarity with home health care standards

Strong understanding of confidentiality

Excellent knowledge of medical terminology

Good knowledge of electronic charting systems

Strong clinical assessment skills

Excellent communication skills

Compassionate and able to handle stress

Active RN license
