IDS Inland Deicing Services seeks an aircraft deicer for a part-time seasonal role at our airport operations. You will inspect aircraft for ice, apply glycol deicing fluid, and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe deicing process.
The position requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, basic computer skills, and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Valid driver’s license is required. No travel and no supervisory duties.

The primary role of the aircraft deicer is to remove ice from the aircraft. The individual in this position inspects the aircraft for ice and for remaining frozen contamination after the deicing has been performed. He or she sprays the airplane down with the deicing fluid, which is usually made of glycol.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This is a part time seasonal position.
No travel is anticipated with this position.
