We are seeking a socially driven Corporate Social Responsibility & DEI Coordinator to play a key role in advancing Legends Global’s social impact, sustainability, and workforce inclusion initiatives. This position operates at the intersection of corporate responsibility, community engagement, and talent development, supporting the implementation and growth of programs aligned with our Global Acts initiatives and the organization’s broader DEI strategy.
As a coordinator, you will contribute to impactful projects that reinforce our external commitments to sustainability and community service, as well as our internal efforts to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities include program coordination, communications, event planning, and administrative support across CSR and DEI functions, including efforts related to the ASM Global Acts Foundation.
Support the development and delivery of CSR and DEI communications, including internal updates, external messaging, social media content, and marketing materials
Assist with tracking and reporting sustainability metrics; help maintain accurate records of CSR activities across venues and contribute to regular reporting
Coordinate administrative tasks related to CSR and DEI programs including tracking employee volunteer activities, maintaining Foundation donor records, preparing documentation, and handling stakeholder communication
Assist in the planning and execution of annual Foundation fundraising campaigns, including vendor appeals, employee giving, and online drives
Conduct research on CSR, DEI, and employee volunteerism; support benchmarking efforts against industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and venue staff to support ongoing CSR and DEI initiatives
Help create visual and written content for campaigns, ensuring materials align with brand standards and program goals
Support project coordination efforts including scheduling, managing timelines, preparing presentations, and assisting with stakeholder engagement
Maintain organized communication channels, monitor team inboxes, and assist with distributing key materials and updates
Track and manage grant-related documents and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and accurate record-keeping
Provide general support to the CSR and DEI teams and contribute to the continued development of programs as needed
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Human Resources, Social Impact, Non-Profit Management (or related field) required
2+ years of relevant experience in CSR, DEI, fundraising, community engagement, sustainability, or a related field within a corporate, nonprofit, or agency setting
Demonstrated experience in project coordination, communications, or program support with a focus on social impact or organizational culture
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and data tracking platforms is preferred
Skills and Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across departments and external partners
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Passion for and understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility principles
