What Will You Do?

Electromechanical Technicians maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery. They work with maintenance and engineering teams to install and evaluate electromechanical systems supporting the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, test, and repair electronic production equipment.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to maintain factory processes.
  • Develop understanding of all electromechanical control systems in the factory.
  • Notify management and assist in solving problems.
  • Familiar with PLCs and able to log onto PLC-controlled systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
  • Debug, run off, and install new and rebuilt equipment.
  • Assist in termination and hookup of equipment as required.
