Pay Range: $22.09 to $28.05
Shift: Variable
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
We are hiring coworkers to start with Kwik Trip immediately. Coworkers would be trained and work in our La Crosse, WI Distribution Center on a 4-day schedule. Kwik Trip will reimburse for mileage, food, and lodging from May until November. Starting in November of 2025, the DeForest facility will be open, and coworkers will then permanently work at our DeForest Distribution Center.
Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking Full Time Material Handlers for our BRAND NEW DeForest Distribution Center opening in November 2025. Our 285,000 sq ft Distribution Center will play a key role in our vertical integration efforts, with a team of 200+ coworkers responsible for providing approximately 90% of the products sold at our store locations.
Join our Distribution Center team where you will be responsible for accurately pulling orders and loading trailers for delivery to our retail locations. The position involves using a Power Pallet Jack and Fork Lift.
Work Schedule: Various shifts for order fulfillment, unloading, and loading positions.
Physical qualifications: lift/carry repeatedly up to 60 pounds to 60 inches, 40 pounds to 72 inches, and 20 pounds to 82 inches; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently; work in -20 to 90+ degree F temperatures.
